The multihead capping machine belongs to the rotative machines and it’s ideal for large productions and reduced format change
It allows to cap different types of star caps including Twist-Off, caps with seal, screw caps
The multihead capping machine is suitable for capping plastic or glass bottles and jars with threaded caps.
The closure heads installed, are magnetic hysteresis closure heads which allow a more precise clamping than the classic mechanical friction capping heads (± 2%).
The limit torque can be adjusted easily and continuously (up to 3.4 Nm) using the appropriate graduated scale. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, they have excellent resistance to corrosion and wear.
The multihead capping machine is complete with a series of stars, bottle conveyor belt, safety guards with machine access doors and AISI 304 stainless steel electrical panel.
The machine is designed and built in compliance with the most recent EEC regulations, and equipped with all the parts necessary for perfect operation referred to a single format.
