The capping machine, an extremely compact and versatile automatic machine, is ideal for medium-large productions and reduced format changes.
It allows to cap different types of caps all in line including Twist-Off, caps with seal, screw caps, pressure caps.
The capping machine is built in stainless steel and complete with all safety devices (doors and casing) according to CE standards and has been designed to meet medium-large production needs, being able to cap up to a maximum of 2,200 pcs / h.
Built to be stable and versatile at the same time, it allows a complete format change (Bottle / Cap) in about 1 hour.
The main movements of the machine are mechanical to ensure long-term reliability and low maintenance.
