The compact filling and capping machine, designed to be flexible and easy-to-use, is made of stainless steel as regards the parts in contact with the product and materials plastic materials FDA certified.
The compact filling and capping machine consists of a single extremely compact station inside which all the filling and capping phases are carried out and equipped with an alternating movement star.
This configuration allows to create the right combination of speed and flexibility of use. The machine is suitable for the bottling of glass jars and bottles, Pet etc. and for the capping of twist-off caps, screw caps, crown caps and pressure caps.
As for the filling they can be equipped with:
- Pneumatic dispenser
- Brushless dispenser
- Mass meters
As for the automatic capping:
- Automatic cap orientator
- Automatic cap laying
- Capping head with adjustable magnetic clutch
Production speeds range from a minimum of 500pcs / h up to a maximum of 2000 PZ / h and from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 4 filling heads and a capping head.
